Cell C debiting my account more than agreed amount

In January 2013 i received a call from a call center agent informing me about a value-add service from FNB of obtaining 2gigs worth of databundles @ R99 per month. the service was offered to FNB clients who bought I-Pads through FNB. On the 25th February 2013 my account was debited with R332, and on the 25th March 2013 the same account was debited with R668.99. I have called the Cell C call center looking for answers and to date i only have a reference number as proof of my call. I was told i would be called by a representative with 24-48 hrs again no one has called me regarding my issue. I would like to cancel this telephonic contract.
