Vodacom debits but does not provide full service
On the 31/01/2014 my BIS service was disconnected for no reason, when I called the Vodacom customers service I was told by a guy called Ray to wait till Monday for my BIS to be reconnected. I request to speak to a supervisor he told me he cannot do that, I mentioned the word hello-peter and he was too quick to call his supervisor, A supervisor named Anton told me he will reconnect the BIS but will charge me an extra R65.00 per month including the R145.00 I pay monthly. I never signed any contract stating any additional costs besides the R145.00. I've been on the Vodacom contract for the past 8 years and this is not the first time it happened. It's been 4 days now and I still have no BIS but Vodacom debited the full amount, there for I would like to terminate my contract with Vodacom as I will no longer be upgrading because of the bad and pathetic service that Vodacom is offering and I might as well join MTN or Cell C. I would like Vodacom managers to please listen to the call I made on the 01/02/13 round about 19:30 which lasted for 23 minutes and to tell me if that is the way to speak to a person that has been on the Vodacom contract for 8 years.
