I cancelled my contract in january, july I get an amount taken off my account. I go in to query only to find out my account was never closed. August more money was taken out of my account. I have been back 3 times and the issue is still not resolved. Complete incompetence from Vodacom accounts department. I have been with vodacom for over 10 years, extremely angry!
