Mweb Unfair Throttling

I was on a 1Meg UNCAPPED, Unthrottled Line with Mweb

Then I got a Email saing they are going to start THROTTLING me if I continue to use so much Data
(between 120GB - 150GB)

This me off because I was on a UNTHROTTLED account!!!

I Phoned them and after a while decided I would like to Upgrade to a 2meg Line but it bothered me that the new contract would no longer be Unthrottled, so I spoke to one of The Mweb Guy's and he said because of the faster line speed They will only start throttling me after I have used OVER 120GB, so Whith this to ease my mind I Upgraded...

So This past weekend My internet became Unbearably Slow!!! I can Barely Check Email, Use Google or Facebook, My speed is Throttled down to Below 20kb/s

I Mailed them and they said Yes I am being Throttled because I used over 50GB!!!

To use 50GB is NOTHING for a 2Meg user!!
And I was promised not to be throttled till I reach over 120GB!!

And I can Understand If you throttle a 2Meg user down to 1Meg speeds. But I am being throttled down to a Tenth of the speed I was paying for

Thanks for your service Mweb, I have found 3 providers with same pricing that don't Throttle at all, I will go there!!
