How in the world do this people keep clients. I have been trying to migrate my contract to a straight up 400 and this have been going on for over 5 weeks. Every time they say somebody will call me back within 24-48 working hours. I phoned in today AGAIN!!! first they put me through to the department for new contracts than they told me to phone help desk and speak to a team leader i did do that and spoke to a lady by the name of Domiso again she asked me all the questions and put me on hold and next minute they just cut me off. If you don't have to hold on for 20-30 minutes and then get cut off they cut you off after they ask you all the questions. They are very fast to suspend your line if not paid but if you ask them something ques what they don't give a about you.
