This is a warning to anyone who is thinking of buying into Mweb. DON'T DO IT!! Look at all the complaints they have received. These pirates are full of and empty promises. I've been throttled for almost a month because these 's think 60gigs is too much for a uncapped line. I complained before and they told me it will be another 9 days till my throttle is removed. Well its been 9 days and Im still Throttled.
Also on their website they say they will email you to inform you that you are using to much and will be throttled soon. Still waiting for the email. When they phoned me after I put my complaint on this site they said my 2mb uncapped line is really only suitable for emails and web browsing. Really mweb!?! Is that what you think its for? Why on earth would I buy a UNCAPPED line if thats all I was gonna use it for? The best part is they replied to my complaint saying "this matter has now been addressed and resolved". It simply wasnt! Im pretty sure mweb has put my account on low priority because I have already handed in my cancellation notice.
DONT BUY INTO THESE!!
