On 17 September 2012 my wife get packet no 0817998865 from mr. Lemo Mabeo. He could not activate the packet for days (competency problem) then he went on leave. On 28 September my wife visit them again and speaks to another person who then give her another packet 0817801810. Since then double payments for both packets had been paid. She pay 2 times R 199 (R 398) for 7 months now. It seemed to be to difficult for 8ta to cancel the unused, non activated packet. They must then back pay us on the unused packet. Nobody can help us. Not the 8ta/Telkom branch or the Call centre. Susan Nel at the branch give us a case number 4829376 for our attempts to sort this.
