SAMSUNG GALAXY S3 POOR QUALITY

I bought a samsung galaxy s3 on Tuesday the 9th April 2013. I charged my phone that night, full. to my Surprise when i woke up the following morning (10th) the battery was almost flat. i never used it during the night at all. fine, i charged it again before leaving for work. when i unplugged it it was 62% charged. after 45 minutes, my battery says "26%"... HAO!!! me shocked and disappointed, i left it to die completely and charged it from scratch, SWITCHED OFF. after an hour or so, i switched it on to see how it's progressing, heeee!! the thing wasn't charging all along. i tried again this morning, fine it charges up to 78%, unplugged it at around 8:00. as i'm typing this report (10:30), my phone is dead dead dead... please someone tell me what the is going on... I HATE THIS PHONE WITH PASSION I CAN JUST DIE!!
