Am I the last person to discover that Telkom support for internet or anything else via 10210 now stops at 16h30?
Another brilliant move in Telkom's strategy of providing arguably the worst customer service of any organisation in the country.
Did anyone at Telkom/Pinnacle think this through? Most of us have jobs, we only get home well after 16h30. So if there's a problem with our telephone/ADSL/internet we have to deal with it in the evening - only we can't now.
To add insult to injury, I've just received the first copy of Telkom365 magazine - kindly don't waste my money sending me this piece of corporate nonsense - rather give me back some hope of relevant customer service by re-instating after hours telephone support.
(I am sending this message from my office at 19h30 since I have no internet access at home and can do nothing about it)
