POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

After all that i went through with cell cell c i finally got my modem only to realise when i get home its not connecting, called customer care was told the modem software is old and i should take it back where i bought it. it was taken back but i was told i'll only get it in 2/3 weeks time. because i've had it with dealing with cell c as i was falling behind with my projects due to me not having the modem i decided to go to vodacom where i got the most excellent service and modem was working immediately and it was fast. I decided to cancel my contract with cell c was given a fax number to fax my letter but it was not connecting, called customer care again where i was given an email address [Email Removed] still not working either got another one [Email Removed] but all my mails come back saying its a wrong email address.

I've reached a point where i just don't want anything that is associated with cell c and their poor customer service just really leaves a bad taste in my month but when it comes to taking my money they don't hesitate as i'll be now paying for something i don't even have. All they are good at doing as saying they'll get back to a person but don'
