I have placed an order to transfer an existing line to a new address on 6.12.2012.
Firstly, technician arrived late and after inspection he left and told me that there is a faulty underground cable and that this should be resolved next day and as soon as that happen he will finish the instalation.
I didnt hear from him or anybody else for another three days and I went to the Rosebank branch.note on the system read that I was not ready for the installation.
I was put through the call center and made booking for another day. Nobody showed up again! Another trip to the branch only to find out that no requests or orders are recorded on the system. I asked to speak to supervisor that was unavailable and the agent took my details and number and said to me that she escalated the compliant and put alert on it. She also promised that the supervisor will call me and that they will set another date. Five days after no calls and no progress. I called my self and asked the agent what is the latest notes and there was no change since the first one that I am not ready.
Yet, I received the sms threatening with suspension. of acc. for no payment.
