Hi on 28 Dec a technician came out and said that it was a underground fault so he said that he will connect my line to another line so that I can at least make and receive calls, the technician said that he will report it as a underground fault, he fixed the line temporary but this only lasted for a few days as the line was very bad that I could hardly hear when someone talks. So on the 13 January wanted to make a call then noticed that my line was dead again. I immediately sms the 30591 number but I received no sms from Telkom to give me a reference number all sms I got was that a call had already been logged using this cell number. Eventually I decided to log a fault on the Telkom website on 18 Jan and I received a sms with reference number. I then called in on 21Jan as to get some feedback but the call centre could not help, I then asked to speak to a manager and they said there are no managers available and they said a supervisor will call me back but no one called back up until this day. Called again today, still waiting for supervisor to call me, spoke again to call centre and they said technicians waiting on spares for underground cable and that there are no spares avai
