As per my call to yur call centre on 9/10 I spoke to Ashwin in regards with arrears on my account. From the start of my contract I had a debit order loaded. As per Ashwin the debit orders was returned due to my bank saying Vodacon does not have authority to debit my account. I made arrangement with Aswin to make payment of R600.00 on 10/3 which I did but discovered that my line was deleted and I now have to pay reconnection fees or pay of the contract amount. I am not happy to pay the reconnection fees beacuse I was unaware that the debits was returned. As per Tharmaine SMS was forwarded to me to advise but she could not see the numbers that the SMS's was send to. I will escales to the ombudsman!!!
