Somebody from Vodacom did get hold of me in under 24 hours and sorted the problem out.

Thank you for your assistance.

Its a pity that HelloPeter had to be the process to have it sorted out and that this couldn't have been done hassle free over the 082 number.

Thank you to Vodacom for their prompt response and to HelloPeter for their alternative avenue of resolution.
