I have 8 clients hosting under my account at Afrihost, but all are small start up companies, so i put them on the lowest package of R19 per month debit order, after the first debit order bounced i was charged a R100 reconnection fee, thereafter, another client's debit order bounced and they started charging R200 reconnection fee, then I decided to downgrade to the R9 per month option which charges R50 reconnection fee, but instead i still have to pay R200 reconnection fee, this is worth 2 years of hosting! how is this fair?
I think they are exploiting small businesses, and I also feel there is no option to pay annually when you sign up.
I am totally unhappy!
