I have been charged two months reconnection fee for problems that Autopage is having with debit orders from my Standard Bank account
Without calling me for non-payment in November now, I have been disconnected and have to pay another R50 fee
After calling the call centre and speaking to a supervisor Mervyn Snyman - They refuse to reverse my reconnection fee EVEN though I have not been called or advised of the bank debit issue
They advise me to contact my bank and request a refund from them - What chance do I actually ahve here?
This is not good client service at all
I will be cancelling my contract with Autopage as soon as possible
