My own bank cant assist me with a once-off query

I phoned the personal loans call centre for a payment arrangement. I did not get a reference number but I made a phone call from 0833005157 if not PVT to 0875750091 at 11:03 today to make the payment arrangement. The agent who spoke to me was not very helpful, she was rude and rather arrogant. The reason why I phoned is because I want FNB to notify the personal loans department that they should not debit my bank account for my loans. I got a new job and will not be getting a salary at the end of July because I have to reimburse my previous employer for learnership fees. ALL I ASKED IS FOR HER TO STOP MY DEBIT ORDERS and whether the customer protection plan will cover for me for thid month, she said the protection plan does not cover, however, I asked if she can stop the debit orders bacause I will have to pay unsuccesful debit order fees which I am avoiding and she said to me it MIGHT be too late. I feel that she could have made an arrangement for me. I want FNB to STOP my debit orders because I will not be able to pay my loans at the end of this month and will happily do so as of next month again. My debit order is scheduled to go off on the last day of this month.
