It really disappoints me to have to log this complaint but I have tried to get co operation from your call centre and just reached frustration after frustration..
I recently got a blackberry Z10 from cell c and I was fully aware of the charge on internet usage but I was was specifically told by a sales consultant in your call centre that I would only be charged for all these when my upgrade in june becomes my change over..
Well this was a huge mistake and I have received ridiculous statements from you guys and every time I ask I get pushed to the next incompetent consultant. Eventually I went into the cell c store at the glen after all of this to get clarification and was told the same thing I would only be charged in June ..I asked for a itemized bill and on the bill it stated R533 but I on my phone I was being charged R1600 how do u get that right? I also checked my bill it charged me R12 for 10 min on facebook I mean really now this is ridiculous...
I am sitting with a bill of nearly R2500 and its not even the end of the month.
I will never recommend cell c to anyone ever again if this matter is not sorted out soon.
