Bogus Contract

I am writing this report on behalf of my friend, Bulelwa Sithole. This is what she wrote: "
I have never signed any contract with MTN. They asked me to fax an affidavit as proof that I dont have a contract with them. I faxed the affidavit several times since 2011 but my details still show up on their data base that I have a contract with them and I am in arrears. They informed me that an amount of R9000 is due. I know nothing about the contract and I am not prepared to pay this amount as I do not have an agreement with them."
