Contract needed - NOT top up

Hi there,

Emailed via the website this message: hi, I am going to be getting a cell phone allowance from my current company of R450 p/m - Please let me know how to migrate from my current contract (top up) to a normal contract that i can view the full billing every month?

I received a response, however no attachment - I needed to fill out the form and send it back. I asked for it to be resent - no response as yet.

Please can someone call me ASAP - I need to get the paperwork sorted out quickly.
