Called helpline, asked what I needed to open a contract in a company name. Given a list of required documents & told to approach a branch -26 Aug.
First the salesman gave me wrong contract form to complete. The the manager took over, gave me the correct contract & checked through the documents I'd taken in. On the 27th, he called saying that they wanted CK docs, which I'd already left with him & agreed that he had everything. On Thurs 29th, I asked for a status update, was told that the contract was approved & he was waiting for handset stock. On Mon 2nd Sept, I again emailed him & asked if the handset was there. Apparently, it was, but he was now awaiting his activation dept.
On Wed 4th Sept, I emailed him yet again, asking as to progress. He repled late Thurs 5th Sept, saying that the activations department were still awaiting the CK docs, which issue I was under the impression had been sorted out on the 27th Aug, as no further mention of those being outstanding was made.
Very early on Friday 6th I RESENT the CK2 document, and haven't heard another word. Called & left message for Andile yesterday, he has not returned my call. DO I HAVE A CONTRACT OR NOT? 2 WEEKS AND NOT SORTED!
