Damaged Goods and Bad Service

Very disappointing service received from Altech Autopage. My Blackberry started to freeze, switch off by itself, starting giving grey screens with error messages on it. So my phone was picked up via courier services on the 23rd January 2013. When we phoned Altech on numerous occasions, we were informed the phone is lost/ they dont know where the phone is. On the 8th March we were informed the phone was dispatched already and then we finally received the phone on Friday, 5th April 2013. ONLY PROBLEM - my phone is scratched and it was booked in by Altech as scratched. Yet, i protected my phone while it was in my care. There was no scratch whatsoever when we send the phone in. Now i have a phone that looks like it was thrown and mishandled and when i complained to one of the directors on Friday, i was informed - SORRY YOUR LOSS. So what did i do? I threw the phone in the drawer just so that i wont be reminded of how badly the phone looks, thanks to ALTECH.
My husband, Mr Brown was phoned this afternoon by Fatima who told him- not inform- her words I'm telling you now, the phone was scratched and we will not replace or repair this. How can a consultant/employee from Altech scream at a
