IT IS WITH REGRET AGAIN THAT SUBSC TO HELLOPETER WITH FRUSTRATION TO GET SOME ANSWERS & SERVICE FROM TELKOM. IF THEIR POOR SERVICE DELIVERY, BAD ATTITUDE & ATROCIOUS WAY IN WHICH THEY TREAT CLIENTS CONTINUES, THEY WILL COME LAST IN THE INDUSTRY.I HAVE PAID TELKOM EVERY MONTH FOR SERVICES ON TIME VIA DEBIT ORDER. MY ACCOUNT WAS DOUBLE DEBITED ERONEOUSLY IN JANUARY FOR DECEMBER AND JANUARY IN ADVANCE, NO COMMUNICATION SENT IN THIS REGARD. I REVERSED THE DEBIT ORDER AS THIS WS NOT PROVIDED FOR. I LATER RECEIVE AN SMS FROM THE COLLECTION DEPARTMENT BEARING IN MIND THIS HAD DISPLACED LL MY ACOUNT MOVEMENTS DUE TO THE EXTRA CHARGE. RESHUFFLING AND RE ARRANGING PAYMENTS DUE TO THIS ERONEOUS SHIFT THE ACC DID NOT RECEIVE PAYMENT BEARING IN MIND THAT ALL WAS WELL BEFORE THIS. MY LINE GETS SUSPENDED ABND NOW IN COLLECTION. IN THE LEAST BIT PLEASED, ASKED FOR THE LINE TO BE CANCELLED WHICH THERE WAS NO HESITATION AROUND DOING SO, SO MUCH FOR F&CKING UP & THEN SAYING TO YOUR CLIENT TO OFF BECAUSE OF YOUR ERROR. BEEN WITHOUT A SERVICE FOR 2 WEEKS. GOING TO REPORT THE MATTER TO OMBUDSMAN & TELECOM COUNCIL. U F%CKED UP NOT ME, WHY SHUD I SUFFER. FIRE THE WHO MESSED UP DEBIT ORDER RUN
