I want to close my business account and now I have to again drive into the branch and again take time off work...
First I tried on the internet - all went well till the last push of the cancel service button - then there is not enough money in my account to close it...? Daft - There should be nothing in it to close it! Am I missing the point?
Last time I was in the branch, I was advised by a representative of the bank that I could phone in and close the account.
