I have been using absa credit card for the past years so that i paid up the account, the problem started when i was triying to close my credit card account. i went to the arcardia branch at enquiry to ask them to close my account to avoid unnecessary fees, they took me to the call centre to make a call i have been trying to call that number the consultants was not answeing their phones for one hour until my lunch was over. i went back to the office and i tried to call the number again even now the consultants are not answering their phones and i want to close that credit card what i can do to avoid unnecessary fees.
