My contract finished more than two years ago and yet my ITC profile is still being updated with a P. Please just close this account and stop updating my credit bureau profile. Just close it and reflect as C. I will not ever take out another MTN contract.
A couple of months ago, I called your call centre and I was assured that this will be done but it has not been done!
