A recon that is taking foreve

I have two contracts with Mobi warehouse. I update my banking details on the website. I thought that they would update them.

Then my two contracts get cut off and i call them on the 08/04/2013 and they advise me that i was suppose to tell them that i changed my banking details so that they can load them. The lady that i spoke to said that she will fix the problem and i advise me as she is doing a recon.

I called her on Tuesday morning and she said that she did the recon and she sent it to her superiors. She sent me an e-mail in the afternoon advising me that she is waiting to hear from her superior. I called her today and she said that she is still waiting for her superior to come back and she will come back to me.

From Monday i'm the one who is make the phone calls and checking upon the status of my query.

I don't have a phone and i really want this to be sorted out, but it seems as if the is no sense of urgency.

Can someone please help me. How long does a recon needs to be checked??
