FIRST MTN CHANGES TO BIS ABSOLUTE OR WHATEVER THEY CALL IT, WHICH I AM UNDER THE IMPRESSION WILL BE THE SAME AS NORMAL BIS AND SHOULD LAST ME FOR A MONTH, I ACTIVATED MY BIS ON MY BLACKBERRY ON THE 3RD OF MARCH 2013 JUST TO COME AND FIND THAT ON TH 21ST OF MARCH IT HAS BEEN SWITCHED OFF. I PHONED THE CALL CENTRE AND THEY TELL ME THAT THE R60 THAT USED THAT I THOUGHT WAS FOR BLACKBERRY INTERNET SERVICES IS FINISHED!!! AND THAT I NEED TO LOAD MORE AIRTIME IF I WANT MY BIS TO CONTINUE, I DID NOT SIGN ON FOR DATA BUNDLES AND ALL THAT BUT FOR BIS AND IT IS SUPPOSE TO LAST ME FOR A MONTH, WHO MADE THIS IDIOTIC DECISION THIS DEFEATS THE PURPOSE OF BIS AND I AM VER DISAPPOINTED IN THIS DECISION AND LACK OF PEOPLES BUDGETS FOR THE MONTH, THIS IS THE EASIEST WAY OF COMMUNICATION AND I THOUGHT IT IS BENEFICIAL.ANOTHER THING THAT I DO NOT UNDERSTAND WHY WHEN IT IS THAT YOU BUY DATA BUNDLES YOU STILL NEED TO PAY FOR DOWNLOADS. MTN USE TO BE THE BEST NETWORK BUT YOU GUYS HAVE BECOME VERY GREEDY AND WILL LOOSE ALOT OF CLIENTS. YOU SURE AS LOST ME AS A LOYAL CUSTOMER FOR 14 YEARS.
