Re-activation of data

Dont know if 8ta people will respond to this - they haven't responded to anything else.
I would like to complain about the poor or rather pathetic service I've received from 8ta! In September 2012 I arranged to change my debit order details - they said evertyhing is in order. Only to find that they had not done so and I had not been checking. I recently paid up all my outstanding fees in Feb 2013 and to date my data has not been re-activated! I've made another payment in March 2013 of R250.00 (normal payment is about R205.00). I have sent countless emails to Freedom Ndebele who works at their office and to date i have NOT RECEIVED ANY RESPONSE - this has been since February! The service I have received since day 1 has been nothing but pathetic!
