Non payment of widows pension

My client's husband died in February 2012. She emigrated to Australia in May 2012.
She has received no pension to date.
On 25 July 2013 received confirmation that pension would be paid on 29 July 2013... Nothing received
On 15 August 2013 received confirmation that payment would be made on 23 August 2013... Nothing received.
On 6 September 2013 received confirmation that payment would be made on 25 September 2013
She does not want to wait until after 25 September to find that she has still not received her pension
