I posted a complaint on Hellopeter and got the following generic response:
"Hello gavinb,
We acknowledge receipt of your query. Our team will be in touch shortly.
Regards
Consumer Website Team".
Needless to say I have heard nothing from Vodacom's "Consumer Website Team".
SHOCKING VODACOM - keep your promises, don't just post comments to make it look like you attending to the problem when you are not!!!
