I have been waiting almost 3 weeks since Vodacom over debited my account, it has had a grave financial impact on me and everytime i hear the same thing from vodacom its not us its the store, the store tells me its not us its vodacom and then we will get back to you and nobody does. My contract clearly states its a Top up and not open contract. I WANT MY MONEY BACK from you. I dont care whose fault it is... its not mine yet i am the bearing the brunt of your incompetence.
