I up graded my cell phone contract on the 25 April and was promised a phone in 3 days we are now on the 10/04/2013 and i still dont have a phone, i have left 5 messages for a manager to contact me and tell me what is going on and nothing happens.
Then when you speak to a manager there attitude is that they have had a back log and they have been in meetings for the past 3 days that is my no one has phone back, how bad is that customer service.
