I want to Cancell my autopage contact

I've apply for a contract at Autopage on the 27 July 2013.I only got the phone on the 7 August 2013.There was something wrong with the phone. the phone keep on losing data connection and also the battery dont last very long. i brought the phone back the phone on the 12 August 2013 and was assist by Debbie. i told her i wanted to cancelled the contract and she told me that it wont be possible because its already past the 10 days return. That is not my problem they took their time to get the phone, I only had the phone for 5 days and then she sent the paperwork in for cancellation and she told me that I must bring the phone and the sim (which i paid R140) back to her. When she told me they cant cancelled the contact, I told her she must sent the phone back to replace it with a different model. On th 29 August 2013 i went to find out if they will give me a different model, only to find out that she was on sick leave. I explain everything to Brian and the he check everything and found the phone at the back with no paperwork. He gave me AGAIN papers to sign. Thanks to Brain with the service from him. The two lady dont deserve to be Sales Consultants.

I will never use Autopage again
