Fale to deliver customer service and bad attitude

I bought a cell phone on contact at Cell C Menlyn on the 22 February 2013. It was explained to that if the phone had any technical problems within 7 days I should bring it in and it will be replaced. My phone experience d a technical problem within those 7 days and I called Cell C about the problem and they told me that I can bring it. I failed to do so because I was out of town and when I was able to finally talk back the phone the 7 days had passed. So they said it had to be sent in for repairs and it was explained to me that it would take 7 to 21 days and that I Will be called as soon as it gets back. Ive never been called after 21 days and I was asked for the MI number so that they can check if the phone is back from repairs and that they will call me back and they never did. Since then I called several times only to find the same result, on the 2 April 2013 I decided to go there personally, I spoke to the manager called Duron who happend to have little patience told me that there is nothing he could do and also said that "YOU NOT MY ONLY CUSTOMER, I DON'T HAVE TIME YOU SHOULD LEAVE THE STORE" I went the today still no help. Its been 36 days now.
