Opened a contract with them last Saturday (27 Apr) and was told that I will get my phone between 3&5 working days. Today when I phoned to check on the progress I was told that they still don't have stock and that "If I'm lucky" I will only get my phone end of next week. This is unacceptable to me and to make it worst the manager had such an attitude and just blamed head office all the time. I suggested that she made a plan for eg. get a courier to get a phone at stores as they made promises when the contract was signed and now they need to keep it. She then just said that she'll just wait until I'm done talking because she's not going to do anything to help me. She then slammed the phone down in my ear. This is really unacceptable and i am already regretting my contract with them! What happened to good customer service and just plain decency for that matter. Especially from a manager!
