I took out a contract for the 9780 midway through 2012 and after only a couple months the screen started leaking. There was absolutely nothing wrong with the rest of the unit, not even a scratch. After waiting for weeks I got "my" phone back - clearly an old refurbished unit (from a brand new one). After using it for a few days it became clear the hardware was faulty - letters on the keypad were duplicating making texting impossible. I persevered with the unit not wanting to go through the the process of losing contacts for weeks. After a couple months the units screen started leaking like the previous one so I took it in again. After several weeks I was called to collect the "repaired unit". I took it home and discovered the keypad was in the same shocking state and the lcd screen was faulty. I took it back immediately and complained. They just repeated the process and after a few weeks I got a call saying the 4th phone was in, but the operator had tested it and was not happy with it, i.e NOTHING had been done.the process was REPEATED! I'm still waiting. In less than a yr my phone has been in "repairs" for about 3mnths. I am absolutely shocked at this terrible service!
