Months to repair an "e-pad" after payment recived

In Dec 2012 we purchased an Asus Transformer pad, after one week it was faulty and Incredible connection kindly exchanged the item with no problem. Later on in Jan the pad fell off a desk and the screen broke, this falling over of the pad was something that happened regularly due to the screen being rather top heavy when attached to the keypad. Anyway, we were instructed that a damaged screen can not be covered by warranty and we were directed by Incredible connection to speak to Asus on how to repair, we were directed to Let Me Repair who charged us R3000 up front to fix the screen, after a few weeks we were told there were some other problems with the unit and that they would be repaired under warranty, after another month we were told by Let me Repair that the item had to go back to Asus to be repaired I was advised via email by Mr Pillay that the unit would be repaired or we would be given a new unit this is now all 3 months down the line and we still have no word on the unit repair, replace or money back??? I am now R10 000 out of pocket for an item I have had only one months use of? I really would like to know what they intend to do about this problem?
