I bought a 1 series BMW brand new in 2011, and 5 months later the car aircon started making a buzzing noise and not cooling, I have taken the car in for more that 5 time for repairs of the same unit and up to date the aircon keeps breaking down couple of months after its been fixed, its unfair to pay a full instalment of a car with a faulty aircon, if this is a factory fault BMW should replace the whole unit, or take their car back and give me my money back.
I have complain to Customer service and they booked it in, said it was fixed and 6 months later I have the same problem, i can't deal with this anymore and the process to be followed to get me a curtesey car while they book my car in is too much.
Its really unfair to have a faulty/not working aircon while i pay full instalment, aircon is a primary living need.
