I phoned Nashua Mobile last year to advise that I wanted out of the contract at expiry and they advised that it would be done. I then went into the offices in January to confirm and was told that it wasnt activated so they made me fill out a migration form, which I did fill out. I phoned them several times to make sure they would cancel this contract and they advised that it would be migrated from 1 April. I phoned them this morning (10 days later) to confirm if it had been migrated and they gave me a story that the person that did the migration didnt do it properley therefore I must fill out another migration form.
I am tired of your lack of services and explanations Nashua. Please process the migration ASAP.
