I'm really disappointed.
I'm a loyal customer for 8 years already. I have a problem with unauthorized debit orders.
I went in to my branch to see if anyone can help me maybe switching accounts or anything else to end this problem. Well the guy that I saw at the branch was very helpful there and promised to call my back on the Monday because no one can help me on a Saturday???
Haven't heard from anyone yet that was more than a month ago.
The debit order went off again (I understand that Nedbank can't cancel this debit order) I called the call centre to reverse it AGAIN. I spoke to a lady that was very rude (I have her name and surname) she put the phone down on me... Great service guys...
I want Nedbank to make my overdraft smaller every month and no one can help my with that...
I can truthfully say that Nedbank thru away 8 years of good service in the last 2 months!
