Ad service and I want to be cancel the contract

I took a cellphone contract at maponya mall nashua store-mtn any time agrees to pay R327.00 p/m. Nashua debited 548.00, 768.89, 1505.87 I called customer service complained-Jonathan said migration is 912 and cancellation is 2005. I asked him to email me the migration form which he failed to do.428.00 was debited on the 1st of Nov. I went to Nashua at Maponya told them I wanted to do a migration they advised me its R912.00 I paid the money manually signed forms and told it will be effective 1st dec. On the 2nd of Dec went back to Nashua n told them the migration is not done why? they said they don't know-i asked what happend to the manual payment I made of 912? they said it was allocated for Nov and Dec! I asked how do you know my bill will be 455.37? they said that they made calculations!! I don't want the contract anymore or the phone either the service is very poor. I contacted their customer care and spoke to Leighton Coetzee who send me the statements and mentioned that the reason why migration was declined is bcoz the agent who assisted me at nashua didn't authorize and they should have informed me that all payments must be made before the 25th of each month!!
