POOR SERVICE DELIVERY

About 2 months back i went to Nashua-the Glen Mall to change my package from MTN Anytime R200 to Top Up R200. I was told I must to pay R912 for Migration fee, and also that the migration will only be valid from the 30th October, which I paid.
Now my bill for September was about R1960 and I paid R2500. So having paid about R500 extra i was expecting to pay less in Oct. Now i went to the store last week sometime, wanting to pay for my Oct bill, i was then told that owed R912 - which included the migration fee. Why Should i pay the Migration fee again now?
The consultant then sent out a query to their offices... they came back with an explanation i do not understand. My problem is they didn't tell me about any extra migration fees, according to me, 've settled the migration fee.

Another issue is I have taken up another contract with them, I collected the phone on Tuesday (19 NOV) last week. Now they've charged me pro-rata for airtime and but i haven't received airtime even now. 've been trying to get hold of them, and they keep saying they'll get back and they never do.
