CALL CENTER NEEDS TRAINING

After a simple request to transfer DATA that I mistakenly have put onto the my telephone number and not my USB Internet modem. They refuse to help me in that request. I am busy rethinking my position with Vodacom. The company that is suppose to help in your communication needs. NOT TRUE.
