I BOUGHT R400 DATA bundle that expires now 31.06.2013 -- last two weeks i have NO INTERNET CONNECTION - AREA - SHEFFIELD MANOR - SHEFFIELD -- when i phone their HELP DESK and speak to THSEPO - HE says sorry something like 30 CELL C towers in KZN not working for past two weeks - cannot refund my money or data - or transfer it to my vodacom modem -- this i think is rediculous -- I WANT A REFUND so that i can load data onto my more reliable VODACOM MODEM.
