Since April 2012 I billed for Content Services

Below is my last reference no Service Request ref no S3-LD2E-EUP5T,

Sir,
Vodacom charged me for the past 12 months for content services supplied by Wireless-G in Centurion.

They admitted that the problem was on their side. A month ago they undertook to refund me to the value of R9200.00. In addition I had to go to their website to cancel the service. Done it once, Vodacare technician did it for the second time. Appeared to have worked, but the next month the amount for content services appears on the Vodacom bill again.

Repeated phone calls e-mails to Wireless-G and Vodacom. To no avail.

Total owed to me now is R1 116.01

What else can one do in a situation such as this?
