How can Vodacom allow these companies to secretely bill their clients just by pressing a button? I still don't know what i am getting billed for but 3 months ago i noticed my 3G account was roughly R200 more, i didnt think much of it at the time, i thought i might have been on the internet too much that month, the next month the bill was the exact same amount, coincidence? I think not!! Upon investigation i noticed the amount i am getting billed for is for "Content Services" so i contacted Vodacom on the 13/08/2013 and they said they would contact that service provider and stop the service (whatever the it is). My latest debit order has just gone off and the amount is the same, the service wasn't stopped! I contacted Vodacom again this morning 27/08/2013, and they actually don't know what the "Content Services" is!! If Vodacom don't know, how the am I supposed to know what the it is??? this type of secret business shouldnt be allowed, when you enter a competition or download a game or something you think is for free the next minute you are getting billed handsomely for it, in my view!
