Content services being added on my account

Vodacom added content services which i do not even know what is it about. Logged a call on the 29th of August. A reference number was sent to me and I was told thet they would come back to me regarding refund? Till today when I received my next account I did not receive any feedback. What is worst, on my new account there is a new content service loaded that I need to pay.

This is know close to R600 in 2 months time?
