Faulty Phone

I bought a S4 from Cell C in June - July the phone started giving me problems - i reported the matter to CellC randburg and the asked me to book in the phone - i booked it in and the phone still come back with the same problems - guess what i booked the phone in again. The phone keeps rebooting and i kept getting Error checking CPU - Cell C Samsung Rep said the phone had a faulty chip. Why are you guys selling faulty phones to people? i regret ever buying a S4
