Migration from 1.2 Gig to 5 Gig (0826544168)
Documents signed in 2012.
According to my service agent in Pongola this should have been affective from 07 February 2013 and I used my account as if there were 5 Gig available.
Yet I am receiving unpayable high bills.
Because I should have been on 5 Gig as from 07 February 2013 I am asking for an investigation into this matter.
Vodacom might still have me on 1.2 Gig and therefore sending the wrong information to Autopage.
If so I want them to pay me back.
